In this session, leaders begin to establish and strengthen the conditions necessary for the successful implementation of Eureka Math² California across grades, from kindergarten through Algebra I.They examine how curriculum knowledge, protected and structured curriculum study, observation and feedback, and intentional monitoring function as enabling conditions that support strong implementation over time.Leaders explore how these conditions evolve across the phases of implementation and consider how to strengthen them as instructional practices develop. Throughout the session, leaders focus on how to design and protect systems and structures that promote deep content understanding, language development, and mathematical reasoning for all students. By grounding leadership actions in curriculum design and shared tools, participants develop a clear vision for implementation growth and a practical plan to sustain it.
