Teach Arts & Letters participants* dive deeply into active learning on essential practices for implementation success: teaching with purpose, modeling, using instructional routines, teaching reading and writing, and facilitating student-driven discussions.

Description

In this 6-hour session, participants engage in active learning on essential practices for successful implementation. They will

  • analyze how to teach with purpose,
  • practice modeling skills,
  • learn and use routines,
  • know the what, why, and how of reading and writing in Arts & Letters, and
  • build skills for facilitating engaging conversations. 

Similar events

Designed for pilot participants, new GM partners, and those making the transition from WW, participants will be able to articulate what A&L is and have taken steps to begin their implementation.
