In Lead Arts & Letters, participants engage in active foundational learning to set the stage for strong instructional leadership.

Description

Participants of the session will engage in five key leader actions. At the end of this 3- hour session, participants will be able to answer the Essential Question: How do I lead Arts & Letters implementation? Participants will  establish a vision,  experience and understand the Arts & Letters approach,  anticipate possible shifts and challenges,  plan to support teachers, and  consider ways to monitor and reflect.

Designed for pilot participants, new GM partners, and those making the transition from WW, participants will be able to articulate what A&L is and have taken steps to begin their implementation.
